The Medical Letter
Subscribers to The Medical Letter have free access to current and past issues (1988 to present). The first step is to obtain a user name and password. After receiving confirmation via e-mail within a few days, you can then access issues for free either by using the search engine or by browsing the table of contents. Choose the "download" option next to your article of choice and enter your username and password. (Reading articles requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.) If you subscribe to both The Medical Letter and Treatment Guidelines, your password will give you access to both publications.

Treatment Guidelines
Subscribers to Treatment Guidelines have free access to all current and past issues. The first step is to obtain a user name and password. Issues
Issues of The Medical Letter are published every other week in a four-page newsletter format. A typical issue appraises two or three new drugs or devices. View a sample issue of The Medical Letter. Articles
For purposes of immediate purchase and download, our issue format has been altered to an article format, where one article contains information on a single new drug, class of drugs or device. View a sample article of The Medical Letter.

Issue and Article purchase option: For a small fee you may order and immediately download individual drug articles and full issues that have been published in The Medical Letter since 1988 ($10 for an article, $12 for full issue) or issues that have been published in Treatment Guidelines since its inception (September 2002) ($12). You can look up the individual articles and issues of The Medical Letter or Treatment Guidelines using the search engine or by browsing the table of contents. Choose the "online purchase" option next to your issue or article of choice and purchase your article or issue online with a credit card using our secure server software. (Reading the articles requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.)

If you prefer to order off-line, choose the "order" option next to your issue of choice and create a form you can send in by fax. Alternatively you may call customer service at (800) 211-2769 and place your order by phone.
